Online MBA Program Ranks Nationally Again


JONESBORO — Arkansas State University’s master of business administration online program is ranked among the best in America for both quality and value according to recently released reports.

Adding to A-State’s top 15 ranking by U.S. News and World Report is a newly issued affordability survey from Top 10 Online Colleges.

“Arkansas State has the only online MBA program in the country to be ranked in the top 15 overall in the U.S. News and World Report Rankings, and in the Top 10 most affordable programs,” said Dr. Shane Hunt, dean of the College of Business. “I think this statement helps to highlight our goal of providing excellence and value to our students and other stakeholders. It is a great day to be a Red Wolf.”

Top 10 Online Colleges website outlines the top 25 most affordable online graduate business programs from a ranking of the best MBA programs. Once the programs were chosen, tuition figures were ranked from highest to lowest. A-State is ranked 10th from that list based upon affordability of the online MBA program.

The A-State online MBA program was created to provide high-quality, flexible graduate management education for students with varied academic and professional backgrounds. The program is ideal for aspiring working professionals who are interested in a grander graduate program that is more adaptable with working schedules than traditional MBAs.

Dr. Bill Roe is the director of graduate business programs at Arkansas State. “I am thankful for Dr. Roe’s leadership and our terrific graduate faculty who made this possible,” continued Hunt.
