JONESBORO – In a continuing effort to help prepare students pursue job opportunities upon graduation, Arkansas State University’s Office of Career Services and Sodexo campus dining services joined forces to host an etiquette dinner for 45 students, Tuesday, April 8, in the Carl R. “Students are very busy this time of year interviewing for internships, career opportunities, and graduate programs. Participating in a formal meal is often part of the experience. We want students to be prepared,” said Brittany Straw, a career counselor with Career Services.

The dinner was free for A-State students and facilitated by Dr. Beverly Boals Gilbert, dean of Continuing Education and Community Outreach. The dinner emphasized American formal dining etiquette.
