Rocco Hicks has been selected for the 2023 Harvard Public Policy Leadership Conference. Recipients of this scholarship from across the US will gather for a program in October at Harvard University.
The 23rd annual Public Policy Leadership Conference (PPLC) will be held October 12-15, 2023, on the Harvard Kennedy School campus. The Harvard PPLC inspires talented and driven undergraduate students to pursue careers in public policy and become leaders in government, nonprofits, international institutions, and social enterprises. The award covers all costs associated with attending the program, including conference costs, transportation, accommodation, and meals.

He is a graduate of Poyen High School. Rocco was a member of the 2022-23 Chancellor’s Leadership Class. He is also a member of the A-State Debate Team; a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, in which he serves as Philanthropy Chair; and is active in the A-State Student Government Association (SGA), in which he serves as Sergeant-at-Arms. His future plans are to attend law school and pursue a career in public service.
