COVID-19 Campus Services Operating Hours

All classes have shifted to online course delivery for the rest of the Spring 2020 Semester.

Campus Living

Residence Halls

Residence halls are scheduled to remain open for the remainder of the semester.  Beginning Monday, March 30, no visitors will be allowed in campus residence halls.  Visitors includes persons from off-campus as well as students living on-campus in other residence hall areas.  Only the current residents of each residence hall will be allowed to access their hall.

Acansa Dining Hall

Acansa is available for take-out only.  Per the sign they have posted, breakfast is available from 7 - 9a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., and dinner from 4-7 p.m.  On the weekend, brunch is from 11 - 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 - 7 p.m.

Student Union Food Court

All retail units in the food court will close on April 3 and stay closed until further notice.

Campus Store in the Union

The campus store in the union is open Mon - Fri, 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sat - Sun, 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Student Health Center

The Student Health Center is scheduled to remain open for the remainder of the semester.  The Student Health Center asks that students call 870-972-2054 for instructions before arriving. 

Red W.O.L.F. Center

The Red W.O.L.F. Center and the staff workout room in HPESS are closed until further notice. 

Post Office

The U.S. Post Office on campus is currently open for normal business hours - 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Library Hours for the Remainder of the Spring 2020 Semester Beginning Sunday, March 29

Mon - Thu: 7:30 am - 10:00 pm

Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 p m

Sunday: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Most of our personnel are working from home, but we will have a limited number of personnel onsite during these hours to assist students and faculty.

The Library has distributed our open use computers more widely to better facilitate continued social distancing.  We have computers available on the second, third, fourth, and fifth floors.

There are many ways the Library can provide faculty and staff with expert help and services, on campus or off.

Get Help 24/7

Need help finding, using, or citing information? Ask us! You can chat with a librarian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of your home. This service is staffed by A-State librarians as well as librarians from other university libraries worldwide.

Computer Labs

Computer labs are scheduled to remain open for the remainder of the semester.

A-State Bookstore

The bookstore is open from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The ITS Help Desk is staffed 24/7 and is ready to assist callers at 870-972-3933, or email the Help Desk at itshelpdesk@AState.edu for help, Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

IT Store

The IT Store is closed to walk-in traffic, but the Help Desk is available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 870-972-3500 or email the IT Store at itstore@AState.edu.
