NASW

The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) is “the largest membership organization of professional social workers in the world. NASW works to enhance the professional growth and development of its members, to create and maintain professional standards, and to advance social policies” (NASW, 2023).  The national NASW organization may be accessed at www.socialworkers.org.  The Arkansas State Chapter of the NASW can be contacted at www.naswar.org. Students receive a special membership rate and have access to practice insurance while in school.  All students are encouraged to join the NASW.

NASW Code of Ethics
