How do I reset my password?
Students and Staff who need help resetting their password will need to navigate to the My Campus Page and click “Reset Password”. You will accept the “Acceptable Use Policy” and click submit. Next you will enter your Campus Wide ID and Pin and click submit. You will create a new password, and retype it to confirm the password and then you will need to provide the authorization code that was sent to your secondary email. If you do not have access to your secondary email you can recover your code at the link provided next to the box. Once you entered the code you can click submit. The last page will display your email and Username that means you have successfully reset your password for My Campus, Blackboard, and your email.
How do I retrieve my ID and pin?
Students, Staff, and Alumni who need help retrieving their Campus Wide ID and Pin will need to navigate to the A-state Home page, at the top of the page click the A-Z index. You can select “I” for ID retrieval or “P” for Pin retrieval. You will then be taken to a page and asked to fill in your date of birth and the corresponding identifier. NYIT students use their NYIT ID, International Students use their passport number and Mexico Campus students use the CURP number. All other Students will use their social security number. Once you have your ID number you will have to retrieve your Authorization code from your secondary email or answer your security questions. If you choose to answer the security questions you will fill in the answers and click submit. Once you have the Authorization Code you will click “Go Back to Pin retrieval”. Enter the Authorization code and click submit. It will then Display the Campus Wide ID and Pin.
How do I access my transcript?
Students and staff who need a Transcript can access theses from Self Service Banner. You will need to navigate to the A-state Home page, at the top of the page click the A-Z index. Click the “S” for Self Service and enter your ID and Pin number and click submit. You will then click the student tab, and then student record will display on the left side of the page. Under the student records option you will see Transcript Request. Students requesting transcripts prior to 1990 will need to contact the Transcripts Office, they will create them an ID prior to logging into Self Service for transcript requests. How do I access my tax forms?
- Student and staff who need Tax forms can access theses from Self Service Banner.You will need to navigate to the A-state Home page, at the top of the page click the A-Z index. Click the “S” for Self Service and enter your ID and Pin number and click submit. You will then click the student tab, and then student record will display on the left side of the page. Under the student records option you will see Tax options.

How do I reset my Microsoft Office password?
Student and staff who need help with Microsoft Office password resets must be done by calling “On the Hub Support at 1-888-396-1447”

View by Large Icons (upper right of window)
User Accounts | Manage your credentials (left column)
Select all credentials for Microsoft, Outlook and choose Remove from Vault

How do I add multiple devices to DUO?
Staff and Students who have access to My Campus with their primary number can add a secondary number or device. Once you have logged in on the left you will see the Duo Management option and under the student or staff folder. When you click Duo Management you will see the box for authentication, and you will need to click add new device on the left. Is will then ask you to authenticate again to very that it is you. Once you do the second verification it will let you add the second device or number.
