Estimating the probability of a response, primarily in developmental toxicity data. Current work has been with clusters of equal sizes where individuals within a cluster respond similarly and therefore are correlated. Estimation procedures include this correlation; finding unbiased estimators for the probability of responses and investigating if the variation is smaller than with past estimators.
