Stephanie was born and raised in Bartlesville, OK. She attended the University of Oklahoma for her undergraduate studies and graduated summa cum laude in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a minor in Political Science. After working for a year at an international travel company, she decided to return to school to pursue graduate studies. In May 2012, Stephanie graduated with a dual master's degree from the University of Oklahoma, consisting of a Master of Arts in Spanish and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Management. Stephanie joined the faculty at Arkansas State University in Spring 2013, and she loves being part of such a dynamic and welcoming department.
Stephanie enjoys teaching lower-level courses in Spanish and getting new students interested in languages, cultures, and study abroad opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, music, dancing, and vegetarian cuisine.
