Food Science is the most recently developed program in the College of Agriculture & Technology. Food Science is an exciting multidisciplinary study in which biology; chemistry, nutrition, physics, and engineering are used to understand the nature of foods, the causes of their deterioration, and the principles underlying food processing as well as converting raw materials into safe foods and beverages.
