Lab 1: Tuesday, February 26 - Roses, Daisies, Grass, Baby’s Breath, Leaves
Lab 2: Tuesday, March 5 - Cake Layout, Drawing, Fill-ins, Lettering, Tips
Lab 3: Tuesday, March 12 - Cake Shapes, Pans, Cutting, Leveling, Themes
Lab 4: Tuesday, March 26 - Stacking, Tiered Cakes, Designs, Royal Icing
Time: 6:00-7:30pm
Place: ASU Jonesboro, Eugene Smith Building, Room 205
Cost: $49 supplies included
