ASU Museum, Black History Month lecture: Gabriel Tait, 'In Search of a Midwife: Changing Times'

Come hear Dr. Gabriel Tait's lecture, "In Search of a Midwife: Changing Times," and stay for lively conversation and refreshments.

In honor of Black History Month, Arkansas State University Museum will host a delightful evening of lecture, conversation, and delicious refreshments.

The evening will begin as Assistant Professor of Multi-Media Journalism, Dr. Gabriel Tait, introduces his subject, “In Search of a Midwife: Changing Times.” Following the lecture, visitors will participate in a discussion concerning midwifery in the African American experience.

Refreshments will be served. Each recipe is borrowed from African American tradition and history. 

ASU Museum is located in the west wing of Dean B. Ellis Library, 320 University Loop Circle.
