Wellness Punch Card Program
Summer 2013 Incentive Program
Join us this summer for a fun new way to meet your fitness goals and have fun competing against your friends and coworkers! Each week, you will receive a new punch card with various wellness activities listed. Bring your card to group exercise classes, the gym, or to wellness events to have it initialed by a staff member. Get five marked spaces in a row (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally) to win!
Registration
Registration Dates: May 1st—22nd
A Registration fee of $10.00 to be paid at Cashier’s Window. Please bring a copy of your receipt to The Department of Wellness and Health Promotion in either Admin Rm 110 or the HPESS Free Weight Room (HPESS Rm 106.)

May 28th through July 26th
