Many students decide to participate in individual or group counseling. If you decide to take part in either type of counseling, you and your counselor will set goals so that you know what you are working toward. Counseling offers you the opportunity to explore yourself and your environment. As a result, you may choose to change the way you think, feel, and behave so that you can make the most of your time at ASU. If you are worried about stress management, depression, anxiety, grief or have other concerns, please call on us.

Haven't chosen a major yet? Don't know exactly what direction you should take? Well, in career counseling we say, "If you don't know where you are going, you'll probably end up somewhere else." Let us be your guide as you explore your career interests and possibilities. You can take a series of career and personality inventories that will help you better understand which career field should suit you best. Your counselor will interpret your inventory findings and help you explore your options.
