The Graduate Hall Director (GHD) is responsible for managing a residence hall.Duties include establishing a community that enhances the educational experience of students, supervising student staff, advising student government groups, and coordinating administrative and operational functions.

Desk Assistant
The Desk Assistant is often the students' first contact with the residence hall, thus forming the first impression of our residential community and the campus in general. It is important that the Desk Assistant be knowledgeable of the hall and campus and always is courteous and presentable on the phone as well as in person.
