Degrees and Transcripts

Transcripts will be updated to reflect degree completion beginning June 1. The conferral date, once posted on transcripts, will show May 16, 2020.  Degree posting occurs after the end-of-term processing has been completed. This takes approximately two weeks -- especially this semester with the option to change grades from letter grades to CR/NCStudents should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning their degree posting.

Diplomas

Diplomas will be distributed and mailed in the usual manner starting June 8.  Diplomas that are mailed require the completion of a diploma authorization form.  This form will be sent to the student.  Students should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning diploma distribution.

Caps and Gowns/Regalia

Caps, gowns and graduate regalia will be distributed through the Bookstore the week of Aug. 3 - 8. Students who do NOT want to walk but would like to receive their cap and gown may have one mailed to them.  Mailing will begin the same week.  Students should continue to check their student email even after their coursework has ended so they do not miss important correspondence concerning regalia distribution.
