Dropping Courses or Withdrawing from the Program
- Students who wish to withdraw from an Academic Partnership Program will need to drop all but the last course they are registered in.
- Once this step is complete, the student will need to send an email to their contact person confirming that they wish to withdraw from the program completely.
To drop a class, you will need to follow the registration instructions. You will click on drop instead of add.
Textbook Information can be found in Self Service. To view textbook information, follow the steps below.
- Login to myCampus using your email address and password

Students should register for the last class as soon as notice is received that they are eligible.
Students who are on track to complete their program of study will be sent graduation information once they have registered for their last course.
Students will be required to complete an Intent to Graduate form which will be emailed to them.
Students will be required to register and pay for the Graduation fee.
Students will submit the online Cap and Gown Form to order their regalia if participating in the graduation ceremony.
Students will be given the option to walk at the graduation ceremony; however, if final grades are not in at the time of graduation, a diploma will not be distributed that day. The diploma will be mailed to the student once final grades are in and verified.

Go to the ASU myCampus portal. Click on the gray 'Self Service' tab. Click 'Student and Financial Aid', click 'Student Records' and click 'Request Printed Transcript.' A valid credit card number is required to complete the request.
Transcript - Hold for Grades or Hold for Degree Options
A transcript request can be made in Self Service with the option to 'Hold for Grades' or 'Hold for Degree.' Please be aware that if you select the 'Hold for Grades' option during the first summer term, then you will receive a transcript after grades are posted for the first class. If you need a transcript that shows BOTH summer classes, then you will need to wait until you have started the 2nd class in July.
