Fitness challenges are a great way to test yourself, give yourself a training goal, or simply break up your workout with something new. All fitness challenges are drop in - no preregistration is needed. Small prizes will be awarded to the male and female winners of each challenge.
Spring 2012 Fitness Challenge Series
All Spring 2012 Fitness Challenges will take place at 7:30pm in the Group Fitness Room unless otherwise noted.
- Wednesday February 1 - Limbo Competition
- Wednesday February 15 - 1/2 Mile Run
- Wednesday February 29 - Broad Jump
- Wednesday March 14 - Medicine Ball Toss
- Wednesday March 28 - T-Drill (Outside on Lawn Near Red WOLF)
- Wednesday April 11 - Vertical Leap
- Wednesday April 25 - Push Ups
