All potential members and current fraternity members are encouraged to attend for an evening of games, music, and free food. Athletic/casual clothes are encouraged.
Monday, September 10th
Round 1: Info Night
Dress is casual: Khakis or Nice Jeans with a Polo or Button-Down Shirt
10:00 a.m. - DEADLINE FOR RECRUITMENT REGISTRATION
5:00 p.m. - Recruitment Orientation with Potential New Members - Student Union Auditorium
6:00 p.m. - Break into Rho Chi Groups; meet briefly; head to houses
6:50 p.m. - Potential members line up outside of houses
7:00-8:00 p.m. - EVENT 1 (Extra time allotted for CHAPTERS TO SERVE DINNER)
8:20-9:00 p.m. - EVENT 2
9:20-10:00 p.m. - EVENT 3
Rho Chis meet with small group members to review schedule for tomorrow, where to meet.
Tuesday, September 11th
Round 1 (continued): Info Night

5:45 p.m. - Potential Members line up outside of houses
6:00 - 6:40 p.m. - EVENT 4
7:00 - 7:40 p.m. -EVENT 5
8:00 - 8:40 p.m. -EVENT 6
9:00 - 9:40 p.m. -EVENT 7
After last party, Rho Chis meet with small group members about reminders on tomorrow’s Open House events.
Wednesday, September 12th
Round 2: Open House
6:00 - 9:00 p.m. - OPEN HOUSE
Potential members may attend fraternity events at leisure during this time frame. Potential Members will receive a schedule of events that each fraternity is hosting this evening; i.e. sand volleyball, fish fry. Dress is casual pertaining to the hosted event.
9:15 p.m. - PNMs, Exec, and Rho Chis meeting - Union Auditorium
Meet with RC in pre-determined area.
Thursday, September 13th
Round 3: Final
5:00 p.m. - Potential New Members meet in Auditorium; then meet with Rho Chis to receive schedule.
5:45 p.m. - Rho Chis to designated locations / Potential New Members line up outside of houses
6:00 - 6:40 p.m. - EVENT 1
7:00 - 7:40 p.m. - EVENT 2
8:00 - 8:40 p.m. - EVENT 3
Friday, September 14th
Bid Day
5:00 p.m. - Potential New Members arrive to Student Union Auditorium; sign in and receive bid card(s);sign out and advance to Heritage Plaza for Bid Day celebration!
