All 2024-2025 Registered Student Organizations and A-State Departments are also invited to reserve a table at the Community and Organization Fair but must do so no later than August 26. A-State departments may email their request for a table to UnionEvents@AState.edu. RSO's will find the fair details included in the 2024-25 RSO Registration & Guidelines at www.AState.edu/RSO.
Join us at the Community & Organization Fair to learn about how you can get involved on and off campus! There will be student organizations, local businesses, faith based organizations and opportunities to learn more about part time jobs available. Pick up some giveaways, information and free food from local vendors. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to discover how you can get involved!
Tips for vendors:
- Booth space is 10 ft by 10 ft with 1 table and 2 chairs provided. Please plan to bring a tailgate tent to provide yourself shade.
- Vendor Parking is available at the First National Bank Arena. See map
- No financial transactions are permitted at the fair. You are encouraged to bring giveaways to drive traffic towards your table.
