Full-time employees complete the New Hire Packet in Taleo. All other employees will need to complete the appropriate packet available below and submit supporting identification to Human Resources. The department should not retain any employee paperwork.
Attention Part-time Employees: 403(b) Salary Reduction Plans-"Universal Availability" - Part-time employees may participate in a supplemental retirement plan. This plan is available for all part-time (non-student) employees who work greater than 20 hours per week or more than 1,000 hours during the fiscal year. This plan is a non-matching plan. The University Payroll System requires a valid Social Security Card upon hire for any monetary compensation from the University.
