Each year during the month of November, Arkansas State University allows an Open Enrollment period for all benefits. During this time, employees may elect to make changes to an existing policy, add a new benefit or discontinue a benefit; for example, if someone has family coverage and wishes to change to employee coverage only. This is also the time to renew or add participation in the 125 Flexible Benefits Plan.
